We do not require your name, email or phone number to run a screening.
Your rights
- Access a summary of your personal data and how it is processed (Section 11).
- Correction, completion, updating and erasure (Section 12).
- Grievance redressal through our Grievance Officer (Section 13).
- Nominate another individual to exercise your rights on death or incapacity (Section 14).
- Withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it (Section 6(4)).

Complaints
Raise any complaint first with our Grievance Officer. The Data Protection Board of India was established on 13 November 2025; its complaint route for Data Principals applies as the relevant provisions commence. The principal notice, consent and Data Principal rights provisions commence on 13 May 2027; until then this notice is our readiness commitment.
