Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 3 October 2026
This statement is published in keeping with the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 and the accessibility duties it places on establishments providing services to the public, read with the Guidelines for Indian Government Websites and Apps (GIGW) and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, which we adopt as our standard.
1. Our commitment
We want every visitor, including persons with disabilities, to be able to read our pages, understand our reports and contact us. We design and review the site against WCAG 2.1 AA, covering:
- Contrast and colour — text and meaningful graphics meet the AA contrast ratios, and colour is never the only way information is conveyed.
- Text and structure — pages use proper headings, lists and landmarks so screen readers can navigate them; text can be resized without loss of content.
- Keyboard operation — all forms, buttons and controls can be reached and used with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator.
- Labels and instructions — every form field has a visible label, and errors are described in text.
- Motion — the introductory slides on the home page can be paused and advanced manually; no content flashes in a way known to cause seizures.
- Plain language — our legal pages and reports are written to be understood, not merely disclosed.
2. Known limits
Screening reports are generated by artificial intelligence and their structure can vary between reports. If any part of a report is difficult to read with your assistive technology, write to us and we will provide the substance of the report in an accessible format of your choice, free of charge.
3. Feedback and assistance
If you face any accessibility barrier on this site, or need any page or report in another format, contact:

- Post: Grievance Officer, WIN Legal Advisors, A1/202, Samruddhi CHS, Kumbhare Park, Kothrud, Pune, Maharashtra, India 411038
We acknowledge accessibility feedback within 24 hours and aim to resolve or provide an accessible alternative within 7 days, on the same timetable as our other complaints on the Grievance Officer page.
